PITBOX Pro Giveaway: Official Rules
Visit the PITBOX USA giveaway registration page during Eggtoberfest '26 at Cool Ray Field on October 3, 2026, to enter for a chance to win three (3) PITBOX Pro products. Enter your name, email address, and phone number by 3pm EST. No purchase necessary. Agreeing to receive marketing emails is optional and does not affect your chance of winning. This giveaway is not endorsed by, supported by, or affiliated with The Big Green Egg company or Eggtoberfest or its promoters.
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN (except for paid event admission). A PURCHASE DOES NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the United States and District of Columbia, excluding Alaska and Hawaii, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of PITBOX USA and their immediate family members are not eligible. Void where prohibited.
2. Entry Period
Registration opens 12 pm EST and closes 3pm EST. Entries must be received during this period.
3. How to Enter
Complete and submit the PITBOX USA live-event giveaway registration form with your name, email address, and phone number during the entry period. One entry per person, per time block. Entering multiple times per hour does not improve chances of winning. Attendance is required to enter and win - winners will be notified at the event and runners-up will be selected if the primary winner does not claim a prize at the event. No purchase is necessary, except for paid admission to the event. Opting in to marketing emails is not required to enter and does not improve your odds of winning.
4. Prize
One (1) winner will receive one (1) PITBOX Pro in each of the 1-hour blocks for a total of three (3) prizes during the event. MSRP $319 each. Must be present to win. Prizes must be claimed by winners at the PitBox USA before the event closes. No cash alternative or prize substitution except at the sponsor's discretion.
5. Winner Selection
Winners will be selected at random from eligible entries each hour of the event (3 total winners) on October 3rd at Cool Ray Field based on the total entries received during each hour of the event. Entries during each hourly block do NOT carry over to the next hourly registrations. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during each time block. Winner must be present to win.
6. Winner Notification
Winners will be notified using the contact details provided on the registration form by email, phone call, and text (limited to prize notification - does not authorize PitBox USA to activate SMS email marketing messages). Drawings will be held each hour and winner selected from random number of entries received during each hour block. A runner-up will be selected if the primary winner does not claim a prize at the event. PITBOX USA will not require payment to claim the prize.
7. Privacy and Marketing
Information submitted for entry will be used to administer the giveaway and contact the winner. Marketing emails will be sent only to entrants who separately opt in to receive them. Entry does not require marketing consent. Personal information will not be sold or shared with third parties or event sponsors without consent, except as required by law.
8. General Conditions
The sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs its integrity. Sponsor's decisions are final, subject to applicable law.
