Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.
2-Year Limited Warranty
Every PITBOX™ includes a 2-Year Limited Warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use.
Covered Under Warranty:

Manufacturing defects

Lid failures under normal use

Structural cracking unrelated to abuse

Insulation defects affecting intended performance
Not Covered:

Damage caused by misuse, neglect, drops, fire, melting, accidents, or improper cleaning

Cosmetic wear from normal use

Commercial abuse or unauthorized modifications

Damage caused by exceeding intended heat exposure
Warranty Resolution
If a valid claim is approved, PITBOX may choose to:

Repair the product

Replace the product

Issue store credit

Refund purchase price (at our discretion)
Replacement items may be new or refurbished equivalent products.
