15-Day Return Policy

If you're not satisfied with your PITBOX purchase, you may request a return within 15 days of delivery.

Eligible Returns Must Be:

  • Purchased directly from PITBOXUSA.com

  • Requested within 15 days of delivery

  • Cleaned and returned in original packaging when possible

  • In like-new condition with all included components

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Used products with any wear or damage

  • Products altered or modified

  • Clearance / final sale items

Return Shipping

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

How To Start a Return

Email support@pitboxusa.com with:

  • Order number

  • Name on order

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (required if damaged or defective)

Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.



2-Year Limited Warranty

Every PITBOX™ includes a 2-Year Limited Warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use.

Covered Under Warranty:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Lid failures under normal use

  • Structural cracking unrelated to abuse

  • Insulation defects affecting intended performance

Not Covered:

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, drops, fire, melting, accidents, or improper cleaning

  • Cosmetic wear from normal use

  • Commercial abuse or unauthorized modifications

  • Damage caused by exceeding intended heat exposure

Warranty Resolution

If a valid claim is approved, PITBOX may choose to:

  • Repair the product

  • Replace the product

  • Issue store credit

  • Refund purchase price (at our discretion)

Replacement items may be new or refurbished equivalent products.

  • Order number

  • Description of issue

  • Photos of product

  • Shipping address


Damaged In Transit

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of packaging and product so we can resolve it quickly.
