Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 3 business days before shipment.

Processing time and shipping time are separate.
Processing time is the time it takes for our team to prepare, pack, and hand off your order to the carrier.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship using trusted carrier UPS 

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2 business days (when available)

  • Canada:5–10 business days depending on location and customs processing

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order amount.

Shipping Rates:

  • $0.00 – $49.99 → $8.99
  • $50.00 – $99.99 → $10.99
  • $100.00 – $149.99 → $12.99
  • $150.00 and up  FREE Standard Shipping

Any applicable shipping promotions or free shipping offers will be displayed during checkout.

International Orders (Canada)

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and destination. Free shipping is not available outside of the U.S. 

Please note:

  • Duties, taxes, and import fees are not included in your order total.

  • These charges are determined by your country's customs authority.

  • Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or import fees required for delivery.

PITBOX™ does not control these fees and cannot estimate them in advance.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package from our door to yours.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after the shipping confirmation email is sent.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

Lost or Stolen Packages

PITBOX™ is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.

If you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
